1. Overview
Sprout provides revenue-based advances to content creators. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Our service is not a loan — you receive an advance against your future advertising contract revenue in exchange for a flat fee.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a legal US resident, and have active advertising contracts with verified income. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
3. Advances and Repayment
Advance amounts are determined by our underwriting process based on your contract value, bank income history, and risk profile. Repayment is collected as a percentage of your contract revenue. If your revenue decreases, your repayment amount adjusts accordingly. There are no fixed monthly payments.
4. Fees
We charge a one-time flat fee on each advance, determined by your risk profile (typically 8-13% of the advance amount). There is no compounding interest, no penalty for early repayment, and no hidden charges.
5. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time, provided all outstanding balances are repaid. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide fraudulent information.
